How it Works
We keep things simple and transparent:
1. Complete the Application
Tell us about your lifestyle, preferences, and any support needs. We’ll also gather basic details to confirm eligibility and help match you with the right home.
There’s no cost to apply - a deposit is only required after your placement is confirmed.
2. Compatibility Review
Our team will review your application and follow up if anything is unclear. We may request a brief lifestyle assessment to help us arrange compatible matches with your future housemates.
Most applicants hear back within 2–4 business days.
3. Deposit & Move-In
Once your placement is confirmed, a deposit is required to secure your spot. We’ll coordinate your move-in and ensure the space is ready for a smooth transition.
